Dance Introduction
Dance is great because you can do it in the privacy of your own home! You may following the routines I do or improvise on your own while moving to the beat. Use the three pathways listed below to get you started on improvising your own dance moves. You can place the three pathways anywhere in your body while moving or staying still.
Before dancing make sure you:
1. Choose a large clutter free space to move to prevent tripping
2. Wear non slip footwear (or barefoot)
3. Wearing comfortable clothing
4. Warm up and cool down
